MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 14, 2017
CONFERENCE ROOM, RIDGEMARK CLUBHOUSE
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Board Members Present: The following were present: Dennis Hughes, Bill Baker, Kelly Mitchell, Heidi Lipp, and Harry Hill.

Minutes: The minutes from the August 8, 2017 meeting were approved.

Architectural Review Committee:
Per the CC&R’s, landscaping projects, exterior painting, and modifications must be approved by the ARC. If project does not comply the ARC has the right to request adjustments to conform with the CC&R’s or removal of the project. See Article VI in the CC&R’s.
OLD BUSINESS:
REPORT ON RADAR SPEED INDICATOR SIGNS: Two quotes were reviewed by the committee and the TrafficLogix SP 625 was chosen. Sign info and bid quote for units are attached. The Board voted to send this to the homeowners for a final vote. Packets will be mailed out by the end of November.
NEW BUSINESS:
OPENINGS ON THE BOARD: Bill Baker, Parris Giunta, and Heidi Lipp will be on the Nominating Committee for the election of Directors in 2018. At this time, we will have at least 3 openings or more. All homeowners are encouraged to consider being on the board and contribute to their community. A statement of candidacy is attached. Please fill out and return to any of the Nominating Committee members listed above.
HOMEOWNERS’ RECEPTION: Heidi Lipp will be organizing a meet and greet reception at the Ridgemark club house which will follow the next board meeting in February. Details will be announced in January.
SECURITY COSTS: It was announced at the last Roads Council meeting, that our HOA’s monthly cost ($4231.00/month) for security services would remain the same even though there was a 3% increase from First Alarm. Extra money in the Roads Council fund has covered the increase.
WYNN DEVELOPMENT: There is a revised development lotting plan map at the Clubhouse across from the indoor snack shack. New homes in RMXIHOA will pay both RMHOA and RMXIHOA homeowners’ dues. Wynn Development will pay for the guard at the Southgate when the construction of new homes begin.

The next Board of Directors’ meeting will be in February 2018. Date to be announced.
