It has come to the board’s attention by some RM XI homeowners that in the past month there have been groups of teenagers and young adults congregating on the golf course and running through neighborhoods after dark. We understand some youths have trespassed into backyards of homeowners. We have not been told of any damage, mainly just the nuisance of loud noises.

If you are being bothered by these groups, the appropriate number to call is the sheriff’s non-emergency number, 831-636-4080.  They are equipped to handle this type of issue. If these groups or individuals are trespassing onto your property, you can call 9-1-1.

While we can appreciate the difficulty and frustration of teenagers wanting to socialize during the current restrictions placed on all of us, there still needs to be consideration towards neighbors and homeowners privacy.
